【Description】

It can achieve good scouring effects at lower temperatures, saving production costs and reducing the pressure of sewage and wastewater treatment.

【Product Features】

Excellent oil removal performance, with good emulsifying and removing ability for cotton wax and other oils.

【Usage】

It is suitable for the scouring and oil removal of cellulosic fibers. The optimal dosage of the low-temperature scouring agent varies depending on the type, weaving method, weight and machine type of the fabric to be treated. The recommended process is as follows:
Low-temperature scouring agent: 1 - 3g/L, caustic soda: 1g/L, hydrogen peroxide (30%): 6g/L, liquor ratio: 1:10, temperature: 85°C × 40 - 60min. The dosage can be adjusted according to the specific situation of the grey fabric/yarn.

【Precautions】

A small sample test should be carried out in advance to determine the optimal dosage.
If it is used simultaneously with other auxiliaries, a small sample test should be carried out in advance to prevent compatibility problems.

【Storage and Packaging】
